From national pop star and television personality to independent artist, Jodie-Joy combines powerhouse vocals and a lifetime of songwriting and live performances to serve up a signature brand of soulful pop.
With two records, new singles and a music documentary under her belt, Jodie-Joy has worked with renowned producers across the US, Sweden and Australia, including Grammy-winning producer Marc Swersky (Hilary Duff, Joe Cocker), Daniel Jones (Savage Garden), Hayden Bell (The Veronicas) and Audius (Delta Goodrem).
As a third generation singer and granddaughter of operatic tenor, Donald Sydney Smith OBE, Jodie-Joy began formal singing and dance training at just four years old, leading to an incredible career that has seen her perform regularly on national television, voted runner-up in reality talent show, Popstars, and released under Columbia Records.
Known for her exceptional vocal range and enigmatic stage presence, Jodie-Joy has toured throughout Australia, USA and South-East Asia, opened the Logies awards as member of all girl band, Pop Tarts, and starred in countless cabaret and musical theatre productions.
Living a life as large as her voice, Jodie-Joy has no shortage of heartfelt stories to tell, with new adult contemporary album set for release this year off the back of her self produced music video singles and latest 2023 single release 'If that's love.'
